Bailey's Bootcamp Fitness (BBF) is an inclusive outdoors fitness group that is both fun and challenging.

BBF is located at beautiful Whitlingham Country Park and the amazing Hensderson Community Park and Catton Park

These parks offer excellent opportunities to use the natural environment to help improve and challenge your level of fitness.

All sessions are planned to accommodate all levels of fitness from the absolute beginner to the most dedicated fitness fanatic.

The sessions are all group based, but you are able to work to your own ability and fitness level with the encouragement and support of our fully qualified instructors, as well as the friendly and welcoming BBF members.   

Sessions incorporate various cardio and strength exercises to both maximise your training and develop your fitness with and without equipment, whilst doing it in a fun and friendly environment.

Session Details

All sessions are planned to allow for people of all levels of physical fitness to be able to participate fully within the session. 

Monday Evening

Monday sessions are a mix of strength, cardio and weighted exercises.  These are great sessions to help develop all round fitness using a mix of body weight and weight equipment along with adding in cardio to increase muscular endurance, speed and power.

Tuesday Early Bird

Tuesday early bird sessions are a mix of resistance, body weight and cardio exercises to help develop all round fitness as well as increase muscular and cardio endurance.  This session is 45 minutes long. 

Tuesday Evening

Tuesday evening sessions are a strength and conditioning session designed to improve muscular endurance,  These are great sessions if you are looking to improve overall strength and stability.

Wednesday Evening

Wednesday evening sessions are a running and agility session.  These are great sessions if you are looking to improve your running technique, speed and endurance.

Thursday Early Bird

Thursday early bird sessions are a mix of resistance, body weight and cardio exercises to help develop all round fitness as well as increase muscular and cardio endurance.  This session is 45 minutes long.

Thursday Evening

Thursday sessions are a mix of strength, cardio and weighted exercises.  These are great sessions to help develop all round fitness using a mix of body weight and weight equipment along with adding in cardio to increase muscular endurance, speed and power.

Saturday Early Bird

This particular session is a strength and conditioning class that uses various pieces of equipment, such as tyres, kettlebells and resistance bands to help develop all over strength and stability.

Saturday Morning

Saturday morning sessions are classic bootcamp sessions using the park area to help develop overall fitness.  These sessions are a mix of cardio, resistance and body weight exercises.  These session are also based around using three levels of fitness which enable to, work to your maximum ability.
