About Us

Bailey's Bootcamp Fitness
Bailey's Bootcamp Fitness (BBF) is an inclusive outdoor fitness group located at Whitlingham Country Park, Henderson Community Park and Catton Park.
All sessions are planned to accommodate all levels of fitness from absolute beginners to the most dedicated fitness fanatic.
The classes are all group based, but you are able to work to your own ability and fitness level with the encouragement and support of our fully qualified instructors as well as the friendly and welcoming members.
Locations
All our sessions take place in the great outdoors, using two of the best parks located in Norwich.
Whitlingham Country Park
Located near Trowse on the east side of Norwich. Whitlingham is a beautiful 15.5 hectare local nature reserve run by the Whitlingham Charitable Trust and offers stunning scenery across the lake and marshes. We meet in the car park in front of the large barn café.

Henderson Community Park
Located on the west side of Norwich. Henderson Community Park is 25 acres of well-kept, landscaped parkland in the heart of the community. There are over one hundred trees, shrub's and bushes that are all well maintained. We meet in the car park located at the end of Ivy Road.

Catton Park
Catton park is a beautiful 70 acre country park on the northern outskirts of Norwich and is open for all to enjoy at any time. It has significance as it was the first commission of Humphry Repton as a landscape gardener.

Meet the Instructors

Stu
Instructor and Owner
Stuart is a level 2 and 3 personal trainer with a number years experience in outdoor fitness.
Stuart is also a qualified as a Boxercise and first aid instructor as well as an assistant diving instructor.
Stuart came into the fitness world a bit later in life following an illness. He loves the way outdoor group exercise helps encourage and develop people's fitness, and how it can develop into a friendship and community.
Stuart loves being outdoors and has completed a number of mud runs including Tough Mudder, Spartan and Wolf Run.
Stuart's main hobbies include walking, camping and scuba diving.

Louise
Instructor
Louise is a level 2 and 3 personal trainer as well as a boxing coach. She has been a trainer for a number of years and loves the way people can do incredible things when they are given the right encouragement.
She loves training in the outdoors and enjoys pushing herself as well as others to achieve there goals.

Sam
Instructor
Sam is a level 2 and 3 personal trainer and has been doing training sessions for a number of years. She got back into fitness to help lose weight and get back into shape and became hooked which led her to wanting to help other achieve their fitness goals.
She love the outdoors and prefers to train outside due to the fresh air and the stunning senary that a country park offers.
She loves watching people improve through their fitness journey and enjoys strength & conditioning style sessions.

Sammy D
Instructor
Sam is a level 2 and 3 personal trainer, as well as trained in deep tissue and Swedish massage.
Sam got into the fitness industry when she was 17 having always been a dancer. Growing up she was keen to try the latest Lesmills classes and grew such a massive passion for health and fitness.
Sam's favourites are CrossFit style training, strength, yoga, but mainly loves running. Sam has completed the Brighton and London marathon to name but a few.
Sam's passion is to help people feel empowered by making them confident, stronger, fitter and mentally more resilient through the joy of exercise.

Tony
Instructor
Tony is a level 2 group trainer as well as having his level 2 nutritionist qualification.
He has spent number of years within the military and has learnt a number great fitness techniques from them.
He is a military mountaineering instructor and has completed a number of endurance events including mountain marathons and ski racing.
His hobbies including climbing, cycling, boxing, Hyrox and circuit training.
He enjoys helping people reach their potential and develop an informed passion for all things health and fitness.
