Do I need a high level of fitness?

No, we design all our sessions for all levels of fitness, from absolute beginners to the most dedicated fitness fanatic.

Do you train all year round?

Yes, all of the sessions are available throughout the year.  During the winter months it is recommended that you wear  appropriate clothing.

What do I need to wear?

All of the sessions are outdoors and run in all types of weather.  We recommend that you wear appropriate sports clothing that can be layered up during the colder weather and gloves.  We also recommend that you wear trail type trainers.

How much is a membership?

A variety of memberships are available to suit all pockets and schedules.  There is also a Pay As You Go option.  For further information please go to pricing

How often can I train?

You can attend up to 6 sessions a week, which run between the two parks, depending on the type of membership you choose.
